Every client who makes an online reservation at the hotel declares that he\/she has read and accepted the following terms and conditions:<\/p>\n

ONLINE RESERVATION REQUEST: <\/strong><\/p>\n

Reservations made through this website are understood to be requests<\/b>, that is, they will not be confirmed until several steps have been completed, as detailed below:<\/p>\n

DIRECT CONTACT WITH THE HOTEL:<\/b><\/p>\n

Within a short period of time, you will be contacted by the hotel via email, phone, WhatsApp chat or other means. The hotel will contact you at the email addresses and\/or phone numbers you entered in the reservation request. You can also contact the hotel through the same means if you wish. <\/p>\n

STOCK AND AVAILABILITY CHECK: <\/strong><\/p>\n

Based on the dates, room types, and number of people, the hotel will confirm the actual availability of the rooms you have chosen and will arrange to pre-block them while payment is processed.<\/p>\n

CONFIRMATION OF PRICE AND PAYMENT METHOD:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The hotel will then confirm the price of the reservation, including any additional services and taxes, agreeing with you on a payment method, in the event that payment has not been made directly through the website..<\/p>\n

RESERVATION CONFIRMATION: <\/strong><\/p>\n

Depending on the payment method chosen, the hotel will confirm your reservation, providing you with a LOCATOR NUMBER for the reservation itself.<\/p>\n

CUSTOMER ARRIVAL AT THE HOTEL: <\/strong><\/p>\n

Upon arrival at the hotel, the client will identify themselves by presenting their identification documents and the reservation locator number.<\/p>\n

THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT ARRIVE AT THE HOTEL (NO SHOW)<\/strong> In the event that the customer does not arrive at the hotel on the stipulated date and time, without having cancelled his\/her reservation within the time established in these rules, the hotel will proceed to charge 100% of the reservation amount, without the customer having the right to claim any refund.<\/p>\n

CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION: <\/strong><\/p>\n

It is possible to cancel a previously guaranteed reservation and receive a 100% refund of the amount deposited, provided that the cancellation request is sent at least 24 hours before the date\/time scheduled for check-in at the hotel.
