Every client who makes an online reservation at the hotel declares that he/she has read and accepted the following terms and conditions:
ONLINE RESERVATION REQUEST:
Reservations made through this website are understood to be requests, that is, they will not be confirmed until several steps have been completed, as detailed below:
DIRECT CONTACT WITH THE HOTEL:
Within a short period of time, you will be contacted by the hotel via email, phone, WhatsApp chat or other means. The hotel will contact you at the email addresses and/or phone numbers you entered in the reservation request. You can also contact the hotel through the same means if you wish.
STOCK AND AVAILABILITY CHECK:
Based on the dates, room types, and number of people, the hotel will confirm the actual availability of the rooms you have chosen and will arrange to pre-block them while payment is processed.
CONFIRMATION OF PRICE AND PAYMENT METHOD:
The hotel will then confirm the price of the reservation, including any additional services and taxes, agreeing with you on a payment method, in the event that payment has not been made directly through the website..
RESERVATION CONFIRMATION:
Depending on the payment method chosen, the hotel will confirm your reservation, providing you with a LOCATOR NUMBER for the reservation itself.
CUSTOMER ARRIVAL AT THE HOTEL:
Upon arrival at the hotel, the client will identify themselves by presenting their identification documents and the reservation locator number.
THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT ARRIVE AT THE HOTEL (NO SHOW) In the event that the customer does not arrive at the hotel on the stipulated date and time, without having cancelled his/her reservation within the time established in these rules, the hotel will proceed to charge 100% of the reservation amount, without the customer having the right to claim any refund.
CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION:
It is possible to cancel a previously guaranteed reservation and receive a 100% refund of the amount deposited, provided that the cancellation request is sent at least 24 hours before the date/time scheduled for check-in at the hotel. The cancellation of the reservation can only be made by the person who made the reservation, duly identified.
